Cathy Kelley in Bathing Suit is "Nice" Celebwell

Cathy Kelley is providing proof that a picture is not always what it seems. Kelley, 34, shared snaps of herself posing in a sun lounger in an orange bikini, soaking up the Dallas, Texas sunshine. She also joked about how a bird decided to target her during her down time (hey, it's good luck, right?). "Nice," commented her fellow WWE star Tenille Dashwood, also known as EMMA. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Kelley stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

Kelley has learned to genuinely enjoy the benefits of regular exercise, especially when she's spending time with her friends. "Over the past few years, exercise has become a fun and calming part of my life rather than a chore," she says. "On the weekends, I usually get together with a girlfriend for a workout class. I'm currently loving boxing."

Kelley starts the day with eggs, avocado, and coffee, which are a great way to enjoy healthy fats and proteins (and of course an energy boost from the coffee). "Avocados are a great addition to a healthy diet," says Julia Zumpano, RD, LD. "If you use avocado to replace other fats, you can enjoy the flavor and nutrients and also cut down on saturated fats." the eggs are a good breakfast voice as well. "Eggs are a good source of protein (both whites/yolk). They also contain heart-healthy unsaturated fats and are a great source of important nutrients, such as vitamin B6, B12 and vitamin D," says Kurt Hong, MD, an internal medicine specialist at Keck Medicine of USC.

Kelley loves reading books whenever she gets a chance to relax. She also shares recommendations on her social media. "Read something new and different," says Angela Buttimer, MS, NCC, RYT, LPC. "This is one of the forms of positivity: Cultivating interest and curiosity in new topics. For example, if you're curious about meditation, read a book on the topic."

Kelley supplements her diet with protein and collagen products. "As we age we lose muscle, and research shows boosting protein may help increase strength and lean body mass," says Emily Gelsomin, MLA, RD, LDN. "But unless you have a restricted diet, such as a strict plant-based or vegan regimen, this increase is often still achievable through food."

Kelley works hard, and knows how important relaxing is for both physical and mental health. Research shows taking time for self-care is hugely beneficial for overall wellness, and it looks different from person to person depending on what their interests are. "I love taking time for myself, whether it's reading a book or listening to a podcast," she says. "It helps me feel relaxed and balanced."
